I provide the following Contracts Management Services Liaison with estimator in preparation of bid Post bid negotiations with client Prepare programme (Microsoft Project) and cost plan Negotiate with sub contractors and appoint Resource site labour if necessary Prepare pre construction health and safety plan Day to day running of site including progress and cost reporting Manage site health and safety Attend meetings as necessary Prepare and implement pre completion snagging Hand over to client Implement client snagging and extras Prepare O&M manuals Prepare and if necessary negotiate final Account.
